Senior Shoot!

Okay, so isn't she gorgeous? And such a natural! She made my job so easy... {not to mention she has flawless skin that barely needed any touch up at all!} I love senior portraits because they actually want to be there and don't mind a camera in their face. I had a fantastic time working with the both of them today. They were so cute together and both are going away to the same college! Enjoy your sneek peek...

Life in Florida 2009

So here is a recap of life in the Rowe house for 2009. Some of you may know that we moved about a year and half ago from Texas. We were pretty focused on showing the kids what Florida has to offer. I'd say we have scratched the surface last year! Here are a few picts...

These two brand new boys were hilarious! I had previously done their parents maternity shoot and got to know them a bit. Their dad (like a lot of dads) didn't really enjoy his pictures being taken. One of the twins SOOO had his personality! We continued to joke that while Dad wasn't here at the shoot, but his presence was felt. Little Man would be O...U...T, until the moment we were ready to shoot away, and he'd wake up, crack one eye open, or swipe the pacifier out of his brother's mouth!

Seriously, the boys did great. Don't they look like a litter of puppies in the basket? I LOVE their newborn wrinkles! No body fat at all... wish I could say the same! We decided to break the shoot up over the course of a few sessions so stay tuned for more to come...

I included a few of their maternity session that I never got posted on the blog (gasp). You may recognize them from the local community. They own SideKicks Family Martial Arts. They are completely amazing with the kids...check them out.

3 Ring Circus!

SOOOO let me first say that I know this family... so I get to tease them a bit! Forgive me Kim! :)

We had a dad, who was OH SO HAPPY to have his portraits done {already wanting to book a new shoot on Monday, I'm flattered}, a daughter who {hated} her dress, a son who was worried about his hair... but not too worried to stop clowning around. {He had me laughing a majority of the shoot... he's actually completely funny!} This all ended up looking like a three ring circus. And what does that yield??? A very bewildered mother!

This crew was quite the lively bunch. In a good way! I was entertained by their humor and razzing... but not nearly as much as their unorthodox Christmas songs! Tee he he... The resemblance to my own family is uncanny!
